Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Vision :


- Contribute to the development of product strategy and vision by advocating for user-centered design principles.

- Influence product roadmaps and prioritize design initiatives based on user needs and business goals.

- Conduct user research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation.

Design Leadership & Mentorship :


- Lead the design of complex features and products, ensuring a cohesive and intuitive user experience.


- Provide design leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level designers, fostering a culture of excellence.

- Establish and maintain design standards, guidelines, and best practices.

User Research & Analysis :

- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite.
