Job Description :


We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior .NET Developer or .NET Team Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of experience in .NET development and possess strong leadership capabilities to lead projects effectively.


Proficiency in .NET technologies, including C#, ASP.NET Core or MVC, Angular, and MSSQL, is essential for this role.

Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage .NET development projects from inception to delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality results.

- Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish project timelines.

- Architect, design, and develop scalable, robust, and maintainable solutions using .NET technologies.

- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.

- Implement and maintain best practices for code quality, performance, and security.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and product managers, to deliver integrated solutions.

- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends in .NET development and propose innovative solutions to enhance product offerings.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to .NET applications and infrastructure.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure efficient project execution.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 5-10+ years of experience in .NET development, with a strong focus on C#, ASP.NET Core or MVC, Angular, and MSSQL.

- Proven experience leading and managing .NET development projects, including the ability to define project scope, allocate resources, and manage project timelines.

- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead a team and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

- Experience in architecting and designing scalable and high-performance .NET solutions.

- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with experience in Angular preferred.

- Solid understanding of relational database concepts and experience working with MSSQL or similar databases.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile development environments.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, with a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions.
