Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Sail Point IIQ Developer to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Sail Point Identity IQ development, configuration, and integration, with a focus on delivering secure and scalable IAM solutions.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement IAM solutions using Sail Point Identity IQ.Customize workflows, rules, and connectors to meet business requirements.Integrate Sail Point with various systems and applications for provisioning and access governance.Perform role-based access control (RBAC), policy enforcement, and compliance reporting.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver IAM solutions.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to identity lifecycle and access management.Required Skills:5+ years of hands-on experience in Sail Point IIQ development and implementation.Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including provisioning, de-provisioning, access certification, and role management.Experience with Java, Bean Shell scripting, XML, and web services.Familiarity with directory services (LDAP, AD), databases, and enterprise systems.Good knowledge of security standards and compliance (e.g., SOX, GDPR).
