The system acts as a sensor network, capturing vital data about rural dynamics, which helps to build an empathic AI that meets the real needs of the billion-strong population underserved by current digital models.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Data Scientist based in Bengaluru. The Senior Data Scientist will be responsible for designing and implementing machine learning models, conducting data analysis, and extracting insights to support decision-making processes. Daily tasks include developing data pipelines, analyzing large datasets, creating data visualizations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions with our Labour OS.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Data Science, Data Analysis, and Data Analytics
- Strong proficiency in Statistics and Data Visualization
- Proven experience with machine learning models and AI technologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work with complex datasets
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Master's or Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience working in rural markets or with agricultural technology is a plus
