About the role:We are looking for experiencedTechnical Recruitersto join our hiring panel on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience inend-to-end technical hiringacross multiple technology domains and be confident in evaluating candidates through structured technical discussions and assessments.You will work closely with our internal team and technical interviewers to help identify, evaluate, and onboard top-tier talent for our clients and internal requirements.Skillsets you will recruit for:You should havestrong exposure to hiringin one or more of the following areas:Full Stack Development (FSD)Data EngineeringAI / Machine Learning (AI/ML)Dev Ops & Cloud (Azure / AWS / GCP)Frontend Development (React, Angular, Vue, etc.)Backend Development (Java, Python, Node.js,. NET, etc.)Additional Hiring Exposure (preferred):Data Science, Big Data, and Analytics rolesCybersecurity and Network EngineeringQA / Automation TestingERP & CRM (SAP, Salesforce, etc.)Product and Solution Architecture rolesResponsibilities:Manageend-to-end technical recruitment— sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews.Conductinitial technical screening discussionsto assess candidate fit.Collaborate withtechnical interviewers and hiring managersto understand role requirements and hiring priorities.Develop and maintain strongtalent pipelinesfor niche technology positions.Leveragejob portals, Linked In, referrals, and networkingfor proactive candidate sourcing.Maintain detailed recruitment metrics and candidate reports.Ensure an excellentcandidate experiencethroughout the hiring process.Who can apply:HR / Talent Acquisition professionals with3–6 years of technical hiring experience.Proven experience in recruiting for roles across software development, data, cloud, and Dev Ops domains.Freelancers or working professionalsopen to part-time engagement.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.Strong understanding oftechnical job descriptions , hiring trends, and industry terminology.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.Required Experience Level:3 – 6 yearsLocation:RemoteEmployment Type:Full-time
