As a Digital Marketing Assistant, you will be crucial in developing and executing our digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to create engaging content, manage our online presence, and optimize our marketing campaigns.


Responsibilities:


  • Marketing and Growth Strategy: Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing and growth strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Performance Marketing (Google Ads): Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI and drive targeted traffic.
  • Email Marketing: Create and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and drip campaigns, to nurture leads and drive conversions.
  • Content Writing: Produce high-quality content for blogs, newsletters, case studies, and other marketing materials.
  • CRM & Marketing Automation: Utilize HubSpot CMS to automate marketing workflows and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
  • Social Media Marketing: Manage social media channels (Facebook, , Twitter) to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Management: Manage personal and company pages to build professional networks and generate leads.
  • Lead Generation: Implement outbound email campaigns, data mining, and other lead generation tactics to expand our customer base.
  • Graphic Design: Create visually appealing UI/UX designs, banners, social media posts, and marketing and sales materials.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, HubSpot CMS, and other marketing tools.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
