Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the UI/UX design process for web and mobile applications from concept to execution.
  • Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to enhance the overall user experience.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize and validate design ideas.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives.
  • Create high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Ensure a seamless and visually appealing design experience while maintaining consistency with branding guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
  • Strong expertise in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, Invision, etc.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, usability principles, and information architecture.
  • Proven experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrates UI/UX expertise and problem-solving approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in designing products-based websites / app, e-commerce, or enterprise applications.
  • Knowledge of design systems and accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA compliance).
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Experience with motion design and micro-interactions is a plus.
