Your daily routine at work would look like
Broad responsibility
● Calling the leads
● Scheduling / Fixing appointments
● Fulfilling First meetings
● Follow-ups
● Closure
Detailed Responsibilities
Call the set of defined leads assigned to you on a daily basis for multiple cities.
Schedule appointments for interested customers with city sales teams.
Build a pipeline of customers from assigned leads month on month for scheduling appointments at the requested times.
Build relationships and follow up with interested/appointment-fixed customers till the Meeting is successful.
Prospect relentlessly to build pipelines and build strong relationships with prospects
Own the experience we give every prospective customer from the first time they interact with us
Be responsible for achieving sales targets by working with a talented group of interior designers and a Sales team.
Be proactive about solving problems even if it's outside of your area and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge

We are heavily biased towards candidates who come with a proven track record of taking ownership, understanding customer pain points, driving results and moving with speed to implement ideas in a fast-paced environment.

External Skills And Expertise
What are we looking for?
Graduate / Postgraduate
1-4 years of experience in Call Centre Outbound/ Inside Sales
Strong command of English, Hindi with clear Pronunciation and Grammar
Strong listening and presentation skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Understanding of home interiors domain a bonus
Adaptability & Learning
Able to work under pressure
Possess strong interpersonal skills
Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
Salary and Benefits
Candidate should be working from Office in Noida
Internal and External employees can apply for this role.
6 Days of work and rotation off.
