We are currently seeking an experienced Email Campaign Manager to join our team and lead our email marketing efforts.Job Description:Role Overview:

As the Email Campaign Manager at CommerceV3, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing email marketing campaigns. You will work closely with our marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure our email campaigns are effective and aligned with our overall marketing strategy.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute email marketing strategies to drive engagement, retention, and conversion.Create, manage, and optimize email campaigns using tools such as Zoho, Klaviyo, Dripify, Netcore, and Mailchimp.Segment email lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions.Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns.Collaborate with designers and content creators to ensure emails are visually appealing and aligned with brand guidelines.Conduct A/B testing to determine the most effective email content, design, and send times.Ensure all email campaigns comply with current email best practices and privacy laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).Monitor and report on email campaign metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, etc.).Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in email marketing and marketing automation.Create and manage distribution lists using tools such as Debounce Instantly to ensure the accuracy and quality of email lists.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.6-7+ years of experience in email marketing, preferably in both agency and startup environments.Proficiency in email marketing tools and lead generation tools such as Zoho, Klaviyo, Dripify, Netcore, and Mailchimp.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative email marketing strategies.Familiarity with email best practices and compliance regulations.Proficiency in creating and looking up distribution lists using tools like Debounce Instantly.Experience with target audience collection tools and techniques to build and maintain high-quality email lists.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.Flexible work hours with a 100% remote work environment.Opportunity to work with a passionate and talented team.Professional development and growth opportunities.A collaborative and inclusive company culture.How to Apply:
