Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement: Reach out to potential and existing customers via phone calls and emails to introduce our products, address their concerns, and guide them through the conversion process.

2. Sales Record Management: Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions, including sales, feedback, and useful information to enhance conversion rates and refine our product offerings.

3. Understanding Customer Needs: Dive deep into the pain points of our users, effectively communicate the value proposition of PSI Tech Center, and assist them in understanding why choosing us is the best decision for them.

4. Collaborative Optimization: Actively participate in team meetings, contribute user feedback, and collaborate with the team to brainstorm ideas for optimizing our products and services.
