HAAD/DHA Trainer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HAAD/DHA Trainer to prepare healthcare professionals for licensure exams conducted by the Health Authority of Abu Dhabi (HAAD) and Dubai Health Authority (DHA). The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions and ensuring candidates achieve success in their exams.

JOB LOCATION: PALA, KOTTAYAM

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive training sessions aligned with the HAAD/DHA syllabus for various healthcare professions, including nursing, pharmacy, and allied health sciences.
• Create and customize study plans and training materials to suit individual and group needs.
• Conduct mock tests, provide constructive feedback, and guide students to improve their weak areas.
• Teach exam strategies, time management, and critical problem-solving techniques.
• Stay updated with the latest HAAD and DHA exam guidelines, formats, and healthcare industry standards.
• Build a motivating and supportive learning environment to help candidates gain confidence.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A relevant healthcare qualification (e.g., Nursing, Pharmacy, or allied medical fields).
• Proven experience in training candidates for HAAD, DHA, or similar healthcare licensure exams.
• In-depth knowledge of HAAD and DHA exam patterns, content, and scoring criteria.
• Strong communication, teaching, and presentation skills.
• Patience and ability to work with students from diverse professional and cultural backgrounds.
