Role & responsibilities:-

  • Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for projects.
  • Manage all aspects of the billing process, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of invoices.
  • Check bills for discrepancies and raise queries in case of deviations found in the invoices.
  • Support timely payments while adhering to project budgets.
  • Use ERP or equivalent software to manage and analyze financial data.
  • Collaborate with project teams to understand project scope and requirements.
  • Continually review and recommend improvements to the billing and estimation process.
  • Prepare and verify client bills, subcontractor bills, and vendor bills as per contract terms.
  • Maintain and monitor project billing records, payment certificates, and work progress reports. Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and clients for work measurement and bill certification.
  • Ensure timely submission of bills and follow up for client payments.
  • Verify quantities, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and rate analysis for billing accuracy.
  • Prepare monthly MIS reports related to billing and payment status.
  • Assist in budget preparation, cost control, and project financial tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and contractual obligations.
  • Estimatedmaterials,equipmentandlabourneededforconstructionactivitiesandsecured resources needed to facilitate completion and delivery of projects
  • Visit project sites during construction to monitor progress and consult with contractors and on-site engineers.
