Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives within assigned territories.- Identify and prioritize sales opportunities within the territory, including new customer acquisition and existing account management.- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, distributors, and channel partners.- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats within the territory.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and customer support, to drive sales initiatives and address customer needs.- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and presentations to prospective clients.- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure profitable business agreements.- Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management on territory performance and strategy execution.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.- Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and methodologies.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.- Proficiency in CRM software and sales productivity tools.- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.

Preferred:

- Previous experience in territory management or field sales roles.- Familiarity with the industry or market segment relevant to the assigned territory.- Sales training or certification.
