Job Summary:

We are looking for motivated candidates (0–2 years of experience) to join our IT Infrastructure & DevOps team. The role involves supporting IT infrastructure management, providing technical assistance, and working on cloud platforms and DevOps practices. Candidates should have an interest in hardware troubleshooting, automation, and cloud services.

Responsibilities:

IT Infrastructure Management:

  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth IT operations.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for laptops and hardware.
  • Assist in setting up and configuring laptops for new and existing teammates.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware challenges to maintain efficiency.
  • Handle vendor management and procurement.

DevOps Tasks:

  • Assist in developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
  • Manage and support cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and work on containerized environments.
  • Collaborate with the development team to support smooth code deployment.
  • Improve and streamline processes for better productivity and delivery cycles.
  • Follow security guidelines and contribute to enhancing IT security processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Knowledge/interest in hardware infrastructure and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with Virtual Private Networks (VPNs) and network management.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Docker).
  • Hands-on troubleshooting experience (preferred for candidates with 1–2 years).

Soft Skills:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Team collaboration and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Hard Skills:

  • Knowledge of hardware systems and IT infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with scripting/programming languages (Python, Bash, Shell).
  • Understanding of bug tracking and issue resolution tools.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git and deployment tools.
  • Exposure to IT infrastructure automation and cloud services.
