Job Title: HR Generalist
We are currently seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in a dual role, focusing on both hiring and operations. As an integral member of our HR team, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment process and ensuring smooth HR operations.
Responsibilities:
Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and meet hiring goals.
Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other talent sources.
Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including employee records management, administration, and compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
Assist with performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions.
Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on hiring and operations.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
