The ideal candidate will combine strong data modeling and visualization skills with expertise in advanced analytics, leveraging Generative AI and conversational interfaces to provide real-time, actionable insights to our stakeholders.- This role will primarily use Google Cloud Platform (GCP) technologies, including Big Query, Looker, and Looker Studio- BI development and data modeling- Design, develop, and maintain data models in Look ML to create a reliable and governed semantic layer.- Write complex and optimized SQL queries, primarily within Google Big Query, to support data transformation and analysis.- Build and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Looker and Looker Studio.- Translate complex business requirements into technical data specifications and scalable Look ML models.- Generative AI and conversational analytics- Utilize Generative AI, integrated with Big Query and Looker, to build conversational analytics agents.- Develop and configure conversational agents to provide rich, context-aware answers by leveraging the Looker semantic layer and Big Query data.- Use AI to provide automated insights, summaries, and narratives based on report and dashboard data.- Work with data engineering and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of data sources and a robust data pipeline.- Maintain and optimize Looker projects using Git for version control and adhere to best practices for development and deployment.- Proven experience developing and maintaining Look ML models and projects.- Extensive experience building dashboards and reports in Looker and Looker Studio.- Solid understanding of cloud data warehousing concepts, with hands-on experience using Google Big Query.
