Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle EBS Functional Finance Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Financial modules and a strong understanding of financial processes. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, understanding financial requirements, configuring Oracle EBS solutions, and supporting implementation, upgrades, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:Implement, configure, and support Oracle EBS Financials modules, including but not limited to General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), and Financials Accounting Hub (FAH).Collaborate with business users to understand their financial requirements and provide solutions using Oracle EBS.Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions to bridge the business requirements and Oracle EBS capabilities.Work on end-to-end Oracle EBS implementations, upgrades, and enhancements while ensuring adherence to best practices.Configure Chart of Accounts, Subledger Accounting, Multi-Currency, Multi-Org, and Reporting structures to align with business needs.Assist in data migration, integrations, and interface development with external applications.Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Oracle EBS Financials modules.Develop and maintain functional documentation, test scripts, and user training materials.Support testing activities, including unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).Work closely with technical teams (DBAs, developers) to design and develop customizations, reports, and workflows.Stay up to date with Oracle EBS Financials updates and best practices.

Required Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, IT, or a related field.5+ years of experience as an Oracle EBS Functional Finance Consultant.Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS Financials R12 (12.1.x or 12.2.x).Strong knowledge of financial processes, including record-to-report (R2R), procure-to-pay (P2P), and order-to-cash (O2C).Experience in designing and configuring Oracle Financials modules.Ability to work with SQL queries for data analysis and troubleshooting.Knowledge of Oracle EBS reporting tools (FSG, BI Publisher, Discoverer, OTBI, etc.).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
