Need experiences in the preferably in Auto electrical products mfg with exp. in below processes:

  1. Tightening,
  2. Pressing,
  3. soldering,
  4. Welding,
  5. Electrical testing,
  6. Metal cutting,
  7. Winding process, etc.,
  8. Looking for a hard-core shop floor person, who is working /doing methods activities
  9. Knowledge in PFMEA / PPAP activities
  10. Able to operate, conduct trials, Commission, establish process & Train operators
  11. Trouble shoot in various above processes
  12. Existing Process re validation
  13. Process Establishment for New Product Introduction
  14. Process improvements in existing lines
  15. Having knowledge in concepts related to tool / fixture design
  16. Continuous Improvement in consumables, mfg cost, cycle time, etc.,
  17. Communication skills ( to handle Customers, other internal functions )
  18. Able to lead a Team of 10 Engineers
