Responsibilities
Create and manage 4D simulations in Synchro and Fuzor for infrastructure projects.
Develop basic Revit models to support 4D simulations.
Plan and implement upgrade strategies to improve project efficiency.
Work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables.
Coordinate effectively with internal teams, consultants, and clients to gather and manage project inputs.
Track 4D progress and prepare concise status reports.
Ensure all deliverables comply with project standards and client requirements.
Able to do post production works (Video editing Softwares would be added advantage)
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
Around 5 years of experience in BIM and 4D simulation.
Strong proficiency in Synchro, Fuzor, Revit (experience in Premier pro would be advantage)
Deep understanding of construction sequencing in infrastructure projects.
Excellent coordination and communication skills.
Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple deadlines efficiently.
