Job Description

We are hiring a Site Supervisor (Fresher) to support our roofing and structural projects. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in day-to-day site supervision, coordinating with teams, and ensuring smooth workflow on roofing project sites.

Responsibilities

Assist in supervising roofing installations (tile, shingles, sheet, PEB, pergolas).

Monitor laborers and subcontractors on-site.

Maintain quality and safety standards during roofing work.

Prepare basic daily progress reports.

Support senior site engineers and project managers.

Requirements

Fresher candidates welcome (Diploma/Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering preferred).

Interest in roofing and construction site supervision.

Good communication and leadership skills.

Willingness to work on outdoor roofing project sites.

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to project needs.
