Role & responsibilities

  1. Looking for a Specification profile with at least 6 -15 years of experience in building material industry (Preferably from pipes & Fittings), One should have rich experience and exposure in presales activities.
  2. Primary interaction with MEP consultants, Turn key consultants on day to day basis to specify the prince product portfolio in upcoming and ongoing projects.
  3. HE/SHE should have strong connects/Relation ship with MEP consultants/Builders/Contractors
  4. He/She should have strong connects with HVAC contractors
  5. He/she should be proactive with go getting attitude and able to capture the end to end project related information in Hyderabad.
  6. He/she should be result oriented. Should be able to bring new projects onboard and get the specifications done .
  7. He/she should have clear and good communication /Presentation skills.
  8. Should have similar experience in plumbing  related products like pipes & fittings, CP fittings and sanitary ware .
  9. This role is involving to identify the upcoming projects in Hyderabad and surrounded market  across all the verticals like residential ,Commercial, Hospitality ,Institutional, Industrial and should have presence from the project initial stage.
  10. He/Should have Good market exposure ,Able to understand the trends and competitor activities to position the prince portfolio against the competitor specs.
  11. Should have strong connects with plumbing contractors and Associations.
  12. Should have strong geographic market knowledge in Hyderabad and surrounded markets.
