Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor located in Prayagraj. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost control, BOQ preparation, cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting. Day-to-day tasks will include preparing financial statements, monitoring budgets, conducting cost analysis, and liaising with clients and contractors to ensure that projects are completed within budget and meet quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Reporting
  • Experience with BOQ preparation and cost planning
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in relevant software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
  • Previous experience in the construction industry is preferred
