Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced SAP BW/HANA Consultant with a strong background in data warehousing, transformation logic, and migration to Databricks . The ideal candidate will have over a decade of hands-on experience in SAP BW implementations and a proven track record of successfully migrating complex SAP BW landscapes to Databricks. Immediate Joiners Preferred Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute end-to-end SAP BW/HANA implementations and data migration projects to Snowflake. Analyze and decode complex BW transformations, extractors, and data flows. Design and optimize data models in SAP BW and Databricks for performance and scalability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define migration strategies and execution plans. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL). Document technical specifications, migration approaches, and best practices. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Required Skills & Experience: 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP BW , BW on HANA , and BW/4 HANA . Deep understanding of BW extractors , transformation logic , DSOs , Info Cubes , and Composite Providers . Proven experience in migrating SAP BW data to Databricks , including performance tuning and optimization. Strong knowledge of SQL , data modeling , and ETL processes . Experience with SAP Data Services , SDI , or other data integration tools is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Preferred Qualifications: SAP BW/4 HANA certification. Databricks certification or hands-on experience with Databricks features. Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
