About the role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and driven fresh graduates to join our team as B2B Sales Executives. This role is an excellent starting point for individuals looking to build a career in business-to-business (B2B) sales. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll do
Prospect and Lead Generation : Identify and reach out to potential business clients through cold calls, emails, and networking. Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions. Product Presentations : Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the company's products/services and conduct effective presentations to potential clients. Sales Pitch : Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches to showcase the value proposition of our products/services. Assist in managing the sales process from initial contact to closing deals.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Work closely with marketing, product development, and other teams to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and status updates in CRM systems.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to establish rapport with clients and team members.
Passion for sales and a customer-centric approach.
Ability to understand and address customer needs and challenges.
Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and CRM software.
