Reports To: Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Graphic Design:
  • Create visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, website banners, advertisements, brochures, and flyers.
  • Develop creative concepts and designs that align with our brand identity and marketing goals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to produce engaging content for campaigns and promotions.
  • Assist in the design of email newsletters, presentations, and other marketing materials.
  • Video Editing:
  • Edit raw video footage into polished, engaging videos for various platforms, including social media, websites, and presentations.
  • Add effects, graphics, music, and sound to enhance video content.
  • Collaborate with the team to conceptualize and execute video projects from start to finish.
  • Ensure all video content meets quality standards and aligns with the brand's voice and style.

Qualifications

  • Experience:
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in graphic design and video editing.
  • Proven portfolio showcasing design and video editing skills.
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro).
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
  • Knowledge of video formats, codecs, and production techniques.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Additional Skills:
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of animation software is a plus (e.g., Adobe Animate, Blender).

Education

  • Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred but not required. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
