We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, visiting potential clients, presenting our products/services, and closing sales in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Visit clients and prospects to present products, demonstrate features, and explain benefits.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets on a regular basis.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations and proposals to prospects.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, and other important data using CRM tools.
  • Provide feedback on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities.
  • Attend team meetings, training sessions, and sales events as required.

A laptop is required for this job.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of field sales experience (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
  • Proven sales track record is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: Remote
