  • Shift Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Job Overview: The Lead Verification Executive plays a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of lead data before it is forwarded to the sales team. This position is essential in upholding data quality, minimising potential risks, and supporting the organisations growth and reputation.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead Verification Accuracy

  • Maintain a 99.9% accuracy rate in verifying leads within a 15-minute Turnaround Time (TAT), aiming to reduce errors and prevent potential conflicts.
  • Ensure data quality and uphold the organizations reputation by consistently meeting high standards.
  • Verification Process
  • Conduct lead verification using internal CRM systems, covering multiple locations (e.g., Delhi and Kolkata) to avoid internal inconsistencies.
  • Use external resources such as Google, LinkedIn, Truecaller, B2B portals, and databases to identify and flag risks, including unauthorized resellers, suspicious legal entities, and unethical profiles.
  • Documentation and Communication

  • Record detailed and appropriate remarks for each lead, supporting efficient decision-making by the Lead Allocation team.

  • Daily Error Ratio: Regularly track and aim to maintain a low error ratio as part of ongoing quality assurance efforts.

  • Candidates with 0-6 months of experience or recent graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Proficiency in verifying provided leads is required.
  • The ability to work effectively under time constraints and manage multiple verification tasks efficiently is essential.
  • Strong communication skills and excellent organizational abilities are a must.
