Role Description: Graphic Designer

As a Graphic Designer at RS Corporation, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and impactful designs that enhance our brand identity and promote our car accessories. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop engaging graphics, illustrations, and other visual assets for various marketing channels, including print materials, online platforms, and social media.

Key Responsibilities:Design and create visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts for marketing materials, including brochures, catalogs, packaging, and digital advertisements.Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, target audience, and brand guidelines to ensure consistency and alignment in design concepts.Develop and maintain a library of visual assets, templates, and brand elements to support ongoing marketing efforts.Stay updated with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to continually enhance the visual appeal and effectiveness of our marketing materials.Work closely with external vendors, photographers, and printers to ensure high-quality production and timely delivery of marketing collateral.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product development and sales, to create visual assets that support product launches and promotional campaigns.Assist in creating and optimizing visual content for the company's website and social media platforms.

Requirements:Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual hierarchy.Attention to detail and ability to translate concepts and ideas into visually engaging designs.Knowledge of print production processes and specifications.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and external partners.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Role Description: Social Media Manager

As a Social Media Manager at RS Corporation, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance our brand presence, engage our target audience, and drive traffic to our online platforms. You will oversee all social media channels, create compelling content, manage community interactions, and analyze performance metrics to optimize our social media efforts.

Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a social media strategy that aligns with our brand objectives and targets our key customer segments.Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube, that promotes our car accessories and increases brand awareness.Manage and monitor all social media accounts, including responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to develop visual assets, videos, and other multimedia content for social media campaigns.Stay updated with social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to ensure our social media strategy remains effective and innovative.Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to measure the performance of campaigns, identify opportunities for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.Engage with influencers, industry partners, and relevant communities to expand our social media reach and build brand partnerships.

Requirements:Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a track record of successful social media campaigns.In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their features, and best practices for content creation and engagement.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and persuasive social media content.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media metrics and derive actionable insights.Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple social media platforms and campaigns simultaneously.Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative social media strategies and campaigns.Passion for the automotive industry and an understanding of car accessories would be advantageous.
