Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Professor of Management at People's University located in Bhopal. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for teaching university courses in management, conducting research, developing curriculum, and participating in university service and community outreach. Additional responsibilities include guiding students in academic pursuits and contributing to the continuous improvement of academic programs.
Qualifications
- Organizational Behaviour and Marketing skills
- Experience in Curriculum Development and University Teaching
- Proven Research abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Doctorate degree in Management or a related field
- Ability to work collaboratively with faculty and staff
- Experience in integrating technology in teaching is a plus
- MBA is must with the subject knowledge.
