Job Description :

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ architecture, design, development, configuration, testing, integration, and deployment.

- Proficient in application onboarding, provisioning, workflow customization, and access review.

- Skilled in Test reporting, including Interim & Final test report preparation and Defect list preparation & consolidation.

- Capable of independently handling test activities for modules/features, from requirements discussion to reporting test results and follow-up until closure.

- Experienced in identifying Corrective & Preventive actions through root cause analysis of defects that have slipped through the QA cycle, preventing recurrence in future cycles.

- Expertise in SailPoint connector development with both out-of-the-box and custom connectors.

- Strong background in developing applications using Java and JEE components.

- Over 3 years of experience with Java, BeanShell/JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, SQL, Powershell, and XML.

- Experience with other IDM suites (OIM, IBM, Sun, CA, Novell) is an added advantage.

- Deep understanding of information security concepts and IAM solutions, keeping up with the latest trends.

- Proven experience in implementing at least 2 complete IAM SDLC engagement projects, covering requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and application support.

- Strong grasp of concepts such as self-service, automated approval processes, RBAC, attestation, separation of duties, and recertification.

- Proficiency in both out-of-the-box adapters/interfaces and custom adapters/interfaces for IAM enterprise solutions.

- Knowledge of LDAP, PKI, SSL, and their application is advantageous.

- Experienced in integrating applications with IAM solutions.
