Job Description: We are looking for a passionate PLC Programmer with 1-2 years of experience , having a strong understanding of high-level PLC programming languages and industrial automation concepts . The candidate must be a quick learner , problem-solver , and willing to travel when required.
A strong technical foundation in PLC programming, industrial communication protocols, and hardware basics is necessary.
Key Responsibilities: Develop, test & troubleshoot PLC programs for Siemens & Mitsubishi PLCs
Work on industrial communication protocols (TCP/IP, Serial, Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, etc.)
Optimize PLC scan time to improve efficiency
Collaborate with mechanical & electrical engineers to execute automation projects
Analyze & debug automation logic for smooth machine operation
Integrate PLC programs with SCADA & HMI systems when required
Learn new automation technologies with minimal supervision
Prepare documentation for PLC programs & troubleshooting
Required Skills & Qualifications: 1-2 years of hands-on experience in PLC programming
Proficiency in high-level programming languages used in PLCs ( SCL, Structured Text, etc. )
Basic understanding of industrial electrical systems & field devices
Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus, OPC, etc.)
Immediate availability preferred
