Job Overview:


The Salesforce Developer: Sales Cloud Focused is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions on the Salesforce platform, with a primary focus on the Sales Cloud. The developer will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and other technical team members to ensure the successful delivery of projects, leveraging their strong knowledge of APEX code, Salesforce Certification, and Salesforce's Experience Cloud.


Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions, with a focus on the Sales Cloud, including custom objects, fields, workflows, triggers, and integrations, to meet the unique needs of the organization.

2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical specifications for the Sales Cloud.

3. Develop and maintain Salesforce applications, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and security, with a focus on the Sales Cloud.

4. Test and debug custom code, identifying and resolving issues to ensure the quality and reliability of the Sales Cloud solution.

5. Build automation using various tools available in Salesforce, focusing on the Sales Cloud.

6. Integrate Salesforce with third-party tools and external systems, with a focus on the Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud.

7. Stay current on Salesforce platform updates, features, and best practices, with a focus on the Sales Cloud.

8. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users and internal teams, with a focus on the Sales Cloud.

9. Participate in Agile development processes, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

10. Mentor and support junior developers, sharing knowledge and expertise to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, with a focus on Sales Cloud.

11. Experience with Financial Cloud, Revenue Cloud with CPQ, and MuleSoft integration.

12 Familiarity with Salesforce Experience Cloud and its integration with external systems and applications.


Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

2. Salesforce Certified Developer (CDF) or equivalent certification.

3. 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with a strong understanding of Salesforce's platform capabilities and limitations, and a focus on the Sales Cloud.

4. Proficiency in APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tools, with a focus on the Sales Cloud.

5. Experience with Salesforce integrations, including REST API, SOAP API, and third-party applications, with a focus on the Sales Cloud.

6. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions for the Sales Cloud.

7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, with a focus on the Sales Cloud.

8. Strong team player, with the ability to collaborate and contribute to a high-performing team, with a focus on the Sales Cloud.
