**Responsibilities


* Generate POs, invoices and e-way bills.

* Record day-to-day transactions like sales, purchases, payments, receipts, etc on a daily basis.

* Be well-versed with provisions of TDS & GST and other related returns and filings.

* Assist in the month-end closure process.

* Prepare and post entries like payables, depreciation, prepaid expenses, etc.

* Maintain a bill-wise collection tracker.

* Reconcile the B2B and B2C sales with different platforms and payment gateways on a monthly or quarterly basis.

* Record amazon and flipkart sales in tally.

* Perform receivables and payables reconciliation.

* Maintain all documentation relating to finance.

* Have knowledge of payroll processing and related provisions like ESI/PF.

* Perform other tasks relating to finance


**Requirements


* The candidate should be a CA final student or CA dropout.

* Previous experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in a corporate environment.

* Proficiency in using financial accounting software and tools, such as Tally, MS Excel

* Previous experience in e-commerce or D2C company.

* The candidate should be proactive, ready to take up challenging tasks.

* Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines
