Position Overview:

The Quality Assurance Executive will ensure that all garments meet the company’s quality standards. This role involves inspecting garments at various stages of production, identifying defects, and working with production teams to resolve quality issues. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of garment construction and quality standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections of garments at various stages of production to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Identify and document defects and quality issues and communicate findings to production teams.
  • Collaborate with production teams to develop and implement corrective actions to address quality issues.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of corrective actions and recommend continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, defects, and corrective actions.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and standards.
  • Provide training and support to production staff on quality control processes and standards.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in garment quality assurance.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Garment Manufacturing Technology, Fashion Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in garment quality assurance or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and quality standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Garment ERP Systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Quality Management or a related field.
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies would be a huge plus.
