Qualifications :

Experience :


- Minimum 4+ years of proven experience in UX/UI design with a track record of managing projects independently.

- Prior remote work experience is an & Skills :


- Expert proficiency in Figma and other industry-standard design tools.

- Strong understanding of design psychology, including user behavior, decision-making, and cognitive Skills :

- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

- Strong ability to manage cross-team relationships and align efforts towards common goals.

- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working effectively in a remote Background :

- Degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
