Role Overview
As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing designs for both mobile apps (iOS/Android) and web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and marketing teams, bringing your designs to life in various product areas, ensuring a consistent and enjoyable user experience.
Key Responsibilities

• Conduct User Research: Perform research to understand user needs, pain points, and behavior to inform your designs.

• Wireframing & Prototyping: Create low-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes for mobile and web platforms to demonstrate user flows.

• Design High-Fidelity UI: Develop clean, modern, and user-friendly screens for mobile and web apps, keeping the user experience at the forefront.

• Collaborate with Teams: Work with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure your designs are aligned with business goals and technical constraints.

• Iterate and Refine Designs: Continuously update and improve designs based on feedback from teams and user testing.

• Maintain Consistency: Ensure a consistent design language and user experience across all platforms, following established design systems and guidelines.

• Design Documentation: Create and maintain design specifications and guidelines to ensure consistency and clarity across development.
Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a portfolio showcasing your work across mobile and web applications.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.

• Solid understanding of mobile-first design and responsive web design principles.

• Experience with user research and creating designs that align with real user needs and behavior.

• Strong communication skills to present and explain design decisions to stakeholders.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

• Attention to detail and a passion for creating seamless user experiences.
Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with cross-functional teams to bring ideas from concept to launch.

• Knowledge of design systems, branding, and visual storytelling.

• Familiarity with user testing, prototyping tools, and UI animations.

• Experience designing for consumer-facing platforms (e-commerce, services, etc.) would be a plus.
