Managing Editor / Editorial Assistant


He / She would be Responsible for:

  • Researching, interviewing, writing, editing and proof reading content for Business Magazine including company websites, newsletters and press releases.
  • Interview subject matter experts on a variety of topics and translate that information into captivating and concrete storytelling
  • Writing, editing and proof reading content for client projects based on the material supplied by them.
  • Writing product descriptions, brand support material, etc.
  • Collaborate with design, digital, search and other teams to develop compelling, often unexpected, content plans
  • Think strategically and participate in creative concepting in a wide range of media, beyond the "what is" into the realm of "what can be"


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion, Merchandising, Textiles, Fashion Management, Knitwear, Journalism
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Exceptional writing, interviewing and research skills.
  • Ability to write in a variety of formats and styles for multiple audiences.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat

  • Effective understanding of technical writing and the B2B market
  • An effective writing style that is fresh, consistent and customer friendly. A knack for editing and proof reading with good research skills.

  • Able to meet deadlines and have cordial client relations.
  • Ability to work in a team and demonstrate leadership qualities
  • Experience in lifestyle, fashion and travel writing would be an added advantage
