Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for an Ecommerce Operations Specialist in the beauty or personal care industry. The specialist will manage day-to-day e-commerce operations, ensuring smooth transactions and enhancing the online customer experience. The role involves analyzing sales and performance metrics, providing excellent customer service, communicating effectively with internal teams and customers, and optimizing the e-commerce platform for better sales and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in E-Commerce and Sales
- Analytical Skills for assessing performance metrics and driving improvements
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
- Experience in the beauty or personal care industry is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
