Core Skills required - Networking: Switching and SD-WAN ManagementOverseeing network Incident, Changes & ProblemTechnical support for business IT query and informationDay to day monitoring of networkPrepare and Review the network report in terms of Change, capacity and incident.Participate in network projects.POC of new technologyReport submission as per business & customer requirementCross function working capability.Audit Network Configuration as per SOP`s- **Technical Proficiency:**- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs).Hands-on expertise on Switching and SD-WAN management- Familiarity with network hardware and protocols.- Knowledge of basic network troubleshooting tools.Qualification:Education: A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information technology, Engineering, TelecommunicationsCertifications- CCNA, NNCIA, VCPStrong understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies.Network monitoring and troubleshooting tools
