Role Description

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Logistics Executive to support our day-to-day logistics, material handling, and basic operational tasks. This role involves traveling between our office, learning centres, and vendors to pick up and deliver materials. The ideal candidate should own a two-wheeler and be comfortable managing physical tasks like carrying supplies and assembling kits for classes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick up and deliver materials between office, vendors, and various centres
  • Transport supplies required for classes (teaching kits, learning materials, etc.)
  • Maintain records of pickups and deliveries
  • Prepare and assemble kits for different learning programs
  • Support the operations team with any on-ground tasks as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of stock and supplies
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for timely material movement

Qualification / Requirements:

  • Basic communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of operations/logistics
  • Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
  • Physically fit and willing to do fieldwork and handle materials
  • Reliable, punctual, and responsible
  • Familiarity with local routes and areas is a plus
