Role Overview The National Sales Manager – Oncology / Hemato-Oncology / CGT will lead the commercial strategy and execution for Micro CRISPR’s advanced therapy portfolio, with a primary focus on building and scaling the CAR-T therapy ecosystem across India . This is a strategic national leadership role that goes beyond conventional pharmaceutical sales. The incumbent will be responsible for developing the national market, establishing relationships with leading oncology and transplant institutions, driving center activation, building a high-performing sales organization, and enabling adoption of complex cell and gene therapies. The role requires a strong combination of commercial leadership, scientific orientation, institutional selling, KOL engagement, and execution capability in a high-value, patient-centric business environment.

Key Responsibilities
1. National Commercial Strategy & Revenue Leadership Develop and execute the national sales and commercial strategy for CAR-T and other advanced therapy programs. Own national revenue, therapy activation, center onboarding, and business growth targets. Develop annual and quarterly sales plans aligned with organizational growth objectives. Identify priority geographies, hospitals, cancer centers, transplant programs, and Centers of Excellence for expansion. Establish market-entry and expansion strategies for new indications and therapy programs. Drive a high-value, low-volume commercial model focused on patient access, center activation, and sustainable therapy adoption. 2. CAR-T Center Development & Activation Lead the identification, prioritization, onboarding, and activation of key CAR-T treatment centers across India. Build strategic relationships with leading oncology hospitals, hematology centers, transplant institutions, and multidisciplinary cancer programs. Develop institutional engagement plans covering clinical, operational, commercial, and administrative stakeholders. Ensure therapy readiness at the hospital level by coordinating with relevant internal and external stakeholders. Drive understanding of patient referral pathways, treatment workflows, therapy logistics, and infusion processes. Coordinate internally to ensure a seamless patient journey from referral through treatment and follow-up. 3. KOL & Strategic Stakeholder Engagement Build and maintain long-term relationships with leading hematologists, oncologists, transplant physicians, clinical researchers, and healthcare decision-makers. Develop a national KOL network to support scientific awareness and adoption of advanced cell and gene therapies. Serve as a senior commercial representative with key institutional stakeholders and early adopters. Partner with Medical Affairs and Clinical teams for scientific discussions, advisory boards, peer-to-peer programs, and educational initiatives. Represent the organization at major oncology, hematology, transplant, and cell & gene therapy forums. 4. Sales Organization & Zonal Leadership Lead, mentor, and develop the national sales team, including Zonal Sales Managers and other commercial personnel. Establish clear regional objectives, KPIs, account plans, and performance expectations. Build a disciplined sales management culture focused on pipeline visibility, conversion, account development, and execution. Conduct regular business reviews with zonal teams and establish corrective action plans where required. Identify capability gaps and develop training programs covering scientific knowledge, consultative selling, institutional engagement, and advanced therapy commercialization. Build a strong succession pipeline and high-performance commercial organization. 5. Institutional Business & Commercial Partnerships Drive strategic institutional partnerships with hospitals, cancer centers, transplant programs, and healthcare networks.
