We're Hiring: Art Director

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Art Director with over five years of expertise in developing visually compelling campaigns, crafting innovative concepts, and designing captivating brand identities. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of UI and UX, ensuring seamless and engaging user experiences across digital platforms. Additionally, a strong connection to traditional Indian values and cultural sensibilities is essential, as we seek to create designs that resonate with diverse audiences while staying true to our rich heritage. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative visual campaigns, brand identities, and website designs.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and account managers to craft cohesive brand solutions.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends by understanding advancements in design tools and emerging technologies.
  • Effectively present all art and visual design concepts to the team with clarity and confidence.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all platforms while meeting deadlines.
  • Deliver high-quality work efficiently, even under pressure.
  • Infuse Indian cultural insights into visual storytelling for impactful, audience-centric campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Ability to shuffle between art-direction and UI/UX designing, seamlessly
  • Proven expertise in art direction with a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools.
  • Deep understanding of UI/UX principles.
  • Ability to manage diverse client requirements efficiently.
  • Adaptability to fast-paced work environments.
  • Creative foresight and flexibility in visual storytelling.
  • Strong grasp of cultural nuances and Indic design aesthetics.
  • Skilled in aligning client needs with marketing strategies and visual trends.
