Description


Position Overview:

Ness Digital Engineering is seeking a highly skilled Senior ChatBot Developer for our customer engagement. This role requires strong expertise in Power Automate, Power Apps, and Copilot with exposure to Python development. You will be responsible for building advanced chatbot solutions, integrating automation flows, and developing applications that streamline business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain chatbots leveraging Microsoft technologies (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, Copilot)

• Collaborate with stakeholders to create PowerApps that collect and manage user data, with information being stored in multiple datasources

• Implement and optimize Power Automate flows invoked by copilots to automate business processes and improve overall system efficiency

• Participate in the development of new use cases and innovative solutions based on the Power Platform and Copilot technologies.

• Provide technical leadership in chatbot development, ensuring best practices are followed and high-quality solutions are delivered.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and efficient chatbot solutions that meet customer needs.

Required Skills:

• In-depth experience with Microsoft Power Automate for creating and managing automation flows.

• Advanced skills in building and deploying applications using Power Apps.

• Familiarity with data management and integration.

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot and the ability to leverage it for various use cases.

• Strong understanding of integration between PowerApps and Dataverse, and the ability to use PowerApps to create apps for data submission and storage.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality solutions.

• Exposure to Python/Java for creating POC for customers.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in large-scale chatbot development projects, particularly in educational or enterprise domains.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.

• Familiarity to MS Copilot Studio / AmazonQ

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in collaborative teams.
