Finishing Foreman

Job Description Job Title: Finishing Foreman Location: Mohali (Project Site) Department: Construction / Project Execution Experience Required: 5–10 years CTC: 35,000 to 40,000 Per Month Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finishing Foreman to supervise and coordinate all finishing activities at our Mohali project site. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality finishing work, adherence to deadlines, and compliance with safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and execute all site finishing works such as plastering, painting, tiling, false ceiling, flooring, carpentry, waterproofing, and other interior/exterior finishes. Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion of finishing activities. Inspect ongoing work to ensure quality standards, design specifications, and workmanship. Prepare and maintain daily progress reports and ensure completion as per schedule. Manage labor teams efficiently and monitor manpower productivity. Ensure proper material usage and minimize wastage. Check finishing details as per approved drawings and specifications before handover. Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with site regulations. Report to the Project Manager on progress, issues, and requirements for materials or manpower. Requirements Key Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of all finishing activities and materials.
