GenAI Lead Developer

Position - Permanent Role - GenAI Lead Developer Experience - 8+ Years Location - Gurgaon Work Mode - WFO Shift - 2pm to 11pm Must have skills GenAI, LLM, Python, Power Automate, Tableau/Power BI. Secondary skills - Compliance, Risk, Audit (At least one project) POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking GenAI & Tech Compliance Specialist to support the design, development, and adoption of tech enabled automation including Generative AI tools within the Compliance function while ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will sit at the intersection of Compliance and Technology, understanding both the regulatory nuances and the technical frameworks required to drive meaningful tech adoption across the Compliance function. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Provide insight on the impact of new and emerging technologies on the compliance function, including AI, automation, and data platforms. Participate in or lead forums and workstreams focused on technology innovation within Compliance, working with the Technology team to gather requirements, and support the build, testing, and deployment of tech solutions. Share regular, meaningful updates with the leadership team to track progress against the tech roadmap and key priorities Expertise in creating clear and effective dashboards using tools such as Power BI and Tableau to support business reporting and decision-making. Familiarity with APIs and basic scripting (e.g., Python or SQL) to integrate systems and automate data flows across platforms. Expertise in low-code workflow automation (e.g., Power Automate) tools. Expertise in creating clear and effective dashboards using tools such as Snowflake, Power BI and Tableau to support business reporting and decision-making. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand their technological needs; assess current tools and systems, propose innovative solutions, oversee data and system integration, monitor implementation progress, and perform quality control checks. Coordinate with enterprise IT, information security, data governance, and vendor management teams to ensure technological solutions comply with corporate standards. Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and databases via APIs and custom scripts. Lead the design and deployment of AI tools in Compliance workflow and processes. Develop and refine Policy Review GPT workflows, leveraging LLMs to assist in policy analysis, comparison, and gap identification. Collaborate with functional Compliance teams to identify additional AI use cases and facilitate and help execute those opportunities. Serve as a liaison between Compliance and Technology teams to ensure technical solutions meet compliance needs. Support the adoption of GenAI capabilities across Compliance by coordinating pilots, gathering feedback, and refining implementation. Ensure GenAI tools are developed and used in line with regulatory expectations, data governance policies, and internal control frameworks. Monitor risks associated with AI-enabled workflows and partner with Risk and Legal teams to address emerging concerns. QUALIFICATIONS 8-10 years of experience in Compliance, Risk Management, Technology, or a related field. Familiarity with AI tools (generative and agentic AI) and experience integrating these into business processes. Ability to bridge functional and technical teams to execute complex cross-disciplinary initiatives. Excellent communication and documentation skills; able to translate regulatory requirements into technical features and vice versa. Experience with AI model evaluation, prompt engineering, or workflow automation tools. Exposure to Agile/iterative development practices and collaborative tooling (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, GitHub). Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related disciplines.
