The role is pivotal in engaging with students and fostering an environment of learning and research. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of work experience and specialized skills in marketing. This position promises an opportunity to contribute to the academic community at PSGR Krishnammal College for Women. Qualifications and Skills Must possess a specialization in marketing (Mandatory skill), crucial for teaching and guiding students in marketing-related subjects. Proven experience in curriculum development to create engaging and impactful course materials. Demonstrated ability in research publication to maintain and enhance the academic standing of the institution. Proficiency in data analysis to support academic research and enhance the learning experience of students. Skills in grant writing to secure funding for research and academic initiatives. Capability in student advising, providing guidance and mentorship for students' academic and career success. Experience in peer-reviewed academic writing, an essential skill for scholarly communication and collaboration. Competency in digital marketing to support contemporary teaching methods and industry-relevant course content. Roles and Responsibilities Develop and deliver high-quality lectures and seminars in MBA courses, with a special emphasis on marketing. Engage in academic research and contribute to research publications in reputable journals. Design and update curriculum to reflect the latest trends and standards in the field of management education. Advise and mentor students regarding academic curricula and career goals. Collaborate with colleagues in research and teaching activities and engage in committee work as required. Participate actively in departmental meetings and contribute to service activities at the institution. Organize and participate in workshops, seminars, and conferences to promote continuous learning among students and faculty.
