This is a full-time on-site role for a Search Engine Optimization Specialist at Think9 (Mumbai location only). The SEO Specialist will conduct keyword research, audit SEO, build links, analyze web analytics, and implement on-page SEO strategies. More details about the profile we are looking at:

1. Strategy DevelopmentDevelop long-term SEO strategies to achieve business goals.Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.2. Keyword ResearchConduct extensive keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords.Analyze competitors' keywords to identify gaps and opportunities.Focus on long-tail keyword opportunities for niche markets.3. On-Page OptimizationOptimize web pages, including meta tags, headers, and content for target keywords.Ensure website usability and mobile-friendliness.Address technical aspects like site speed, XML sitemaps, and schema markup.4. Off-Page OptimizationDevelop and implement a robust link-building strategy to acquire high-quality backlinks.Leverage social media channels to enhance SEO efforts.Collaborate with content teams to produce SEO-friendly content and guest posts.5. Performance TrackingMonitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.KPIs: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as organic traffic, rankings, and conversions.Prepare detailed reports on SEO performance and present insights to stakeholders.6. Technical SEOConduct regular SEO audits to identify and rectify technical issues.Ensure optimal site architecture and navigation for both users and search engines.Work with web developers to optimize and resolve any technical challenges.7. Content StrategyDevelop content plans aligned with SEO and business goals.Guide content creators to produce high-quality, SEO-friendly content.Regularly update and refresh existing content to maintain its relevance.Review the content to check SEO friendliness8. OthersLocal Listings: Optimize the company’s presence in local listings and directories.Google My Business: Manage and optimize Google My Business profiles.Local Keywords: Target local keywords and geo-specific content strategies.Work closely with marketing, development, and content teams.
