Tech/ MBA/ MCA/ CA from an accredited college/university.Workday Certification is mandatoryRoles & Responsibilities: Assist clients in the design, implementation, and support of the Workday Finance, Workday HCM, Workday Integration, Workday reporting or Workday AdaptiveYou will use your consulting skills, business knowledge, and Technical expertise to effectively integrate Workday to the clients' business environment to achieve client expected business resultsDesign and deliver future-ready Workday solutions to help organizations optimize their HR and Finance functions and enhance their employees’ experiencesLead the day-to-day activities of ERP Advisory engagements for various clients, including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviewsProvide Workday product, subject-matter and implementation expertise; and work with Partners to understand their business requirements and help configure and test the derived solutionsRequired Skills/Experience:Experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Workday for multiple clients across geographies.Experience in managing End to End Workday ImplementationAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle both planned and unplanned responsibilitiesExcellent Stakeholder and Team management skills.
