Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Manager - MICE Operations. As a Manager - MICE Operations, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions (MICE). Daily tasks will include liaising with clients, managing logistics, coordinating with vendors, evaluating event success, and leading a dedicated team to ensure seamless delivery and unforgettable experiences for our clients.

  • Ability to manage budgets and track financial performance
  • Proficiency in vendor management and negotiations
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with domestic and international event planning
  • Degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience with destination management is a plus
