Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement AI/ML models and algorithms for business use cases.
  • Preprocess and analyze large datasets for training and testing models.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products.
  • Optimize and fine-tune models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
  • Research and apply the latest AI techniques, frameworks, and tools.
  • Deploy AI solutions to production environments (cloud or on-premise).
  • Monitor, evaluate, and improve AI systems continuously.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of proven experience as an AI/ML Developer or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning, deep learning, NLP, or computer vision.
  • Proficiency in programming languages:
    Python, R, or Java
    .
  • Experience with frameworks such as
    TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn
    .
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and model deployment.
  • Solid knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software development practices.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
